Mandates receiving elective officers of each legislative chamber to promptly notify the Legislative Reference Bureau when required reports are received.

Requires the Legislative Reference Bureau to create and distribute a spreadsheet detailing report status, including law citations, due dates, appropriation amounts, and actual submission dates.

Obligates government agencies to include specific information in submitted reports: the authorizing law or resolution, appropriation amounts, and submission deadline.

Requires the Legislative Reference Bureau to notify the legislature within 10 days of each regular session about which mandated reports were not timely submitted.
