• Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 657-5.5 to establish that child support judgments are enforceable until paid in full.

• Removes the previous provision that presumed child support judgments to be paid and discharged on the child's thirty-third birthday or by expiration of the latest period in section 657-5, whichever date was later.

• Applies to all child support judgments including reimbursement and other arrears.

• Takes effect upon approval.
