Adds new section to Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 706 authorizing probationary geographic restrictions for defendants convicted of three misdemeanors in Waikiki.

Prohibits eligible defendants from entering Waikiki between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. during their probationary term (duration of term left blank in bill text).

Defines "Waikiki" as the area of Oahu bounded by the Ala Wai canal, the ocean, and Kapahulu avenue.

Establishes 30-day imprisonment as the penalty for violating an imposed geographic restriction.

Takes effect upon approval; does not affect rights, duties, or proceedings that began before the effective date.
