HI SB684

Exempts members of a county council from the limitation on the number of members that may attend informational meetings or presentations on matters relating to official board business.

Clarifies that informational meetings and presentations for which two or more board members (but less than a quorum) may attend must be open to the public and not specifically organized exclusively for board members.

Requires board members attending such informational meetings to report their attendance and matters discussed at the next duly noticed board meeting.

Takes effect on July 1, 2050.
