Adds new section to Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 226 codifying the state's commitment to the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals with specific indicators and targets to be achieved by 2030.

Directs all state agencies to take action to assist Hawaii in achieving sustainability goals across areas including poverty elimination, food security, health, education, gender equality, clean water, renewable energy, economic growth, innovation, reduced inequalities, sustainable cities, responsible consumption, climate action, ocean conservation, land protection, justice systems, and partnerships.

References and incorporates existing Hawaii sustainability initiatives including the Aloha+ Challenge, the Governor's Sustainable Hawaii Initiative, and the Hawaii Commitments presented to the World Conservation Congress in 2016.

Establishes specific measurable targets such as 70% clean energy (40% renewables, 30% efficiency), doubling local food production by 2020, protecting 30% of priority watersheds, managing 30% of nearshore ocean waters, and achieving 100% renewable electricity by 2045.

Takes effect July 1, 2050.
