Amends Item A-17.01 of Part IV, Act 49, Session Laws of Hawaii 2017 to redirect agricultural land funding on Oahu from previous projects to new tax map key (TMK) parcels 6-5-001-004 and 6-5-001-014.

Eliminates previous appropriation for plans and acquisition of easements for deep wells on TMK parcels 6-5-002-006, 6-5-002-008, 6-5-002-027, and 6-5-002-028 in Kamananui, Oahu.

Redirects funding to acquire easements for deep wells on new TMK parcel 6-4-003-022 on Oahu for agricultural purposes.

Maintains total general obligation bond funding for the project at $4,700 (allocated for plans and land acquisition).

Takes effect on July 1, 2030.
