Amends Section 514B-154 of Hawaii Revised Statutes regarding condominium association document retention requirements.

Extends the retention period for proxies, ballots, tally sheets, and owners' check-in lists from thirty days to ninety days after an association meeting before documents may be destroyed.

Requires condominium associations to retain all election documents indefinitely if the election is contested until the contested election is resolved.

Allows unit owners to request examination of election documents within thirty days after an association meeting, with the board permitted to require a notarized affidavit stating good faith purpose.

Permits owners to request copies of tally sheets, check-in lists, and certificates of election from the most recent meeting with payment of reasonable duplicating and administrative fees.
