• Requires county liquor commission rules on "stacking" (serving multiple drinks) to define limits based on total volume rather than number of drinks, with a standard serving size of beer not exceeding 32 ounces total per customer at any one time.

• Enables breweries and taprooms to serve beer flights or sampler selections (small pours of multiple styles) without violating stacking restrictions, supporting the craft beer and tourism industries.

• Effective date: July 1, 2019.
