• Increases the malt beverage manufacturing limit for Class 18 small craft producer pub licensees from 60,000 to 75,000 barrels per license year

• Permits Class 14 brewpub and Class 18 small craft producer pub licensees to operate satellite locations beyond their primary premises under specified conditions, including same trade name requirement and proper county licensing

• Clarifies "growler" definition to mean recyclable or reusable containers not exceeding one gallon (changed from one half-gallon) that are securely sealed

• Expands direct shipment authority to allow shipment of beer (up to 42 gallons), wine (up to six nine-liter cases), and spirits (up to two nine-liter cases) per household annually, rather than wine only

• Adds Class 14 brewpub licensees to those eligible to obtain direct liquor shipper permits from county liquor commissions
