Amends Section 214 of the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act, 1920 to authorize loans from revolving funds for qualifying lessees to purchase or lease micro housing units on Hawaiian home lands.

Defines "micro housing unit" as a dwelling with less than 800 square feet of floor area that includes a bed, kitchen with appliances, and a partitioned bathroom; includes accessory dwelling units.

Caps individual loans at $125,000 and requires the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands to establish qualification criteria for lessees seeking these loans.

Takes effect July 1, 2050, with Section 1 subject to approval by United States Congress.
