Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 11-334 to change candidate committee preliminary report filing dates from 30 and 10 days before elections to 60 and 30 days before primary/initial elections, and from 10 days to 30 days before general/subsequent elections.

Requires the preliminary report filed 60 days before a primary or initial election to be current through May 31 instead of June 30.

Modifies Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 11-336 to update noncandidate committee preliminary report filing dates to align with candidate committee deadlines of 60 days, then 30 days before primary/initial elections and 30 days before general/subsequent elections.

Changes the first supplemental report filing date requirement for noncandidate committees to clarify that January 31 reports are due annually.

Takes effect upon approval.
