Request Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, in collaboration with Department of Agriculture and Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism, to submit a report determining living wage standards for agricultural workers in Hawaii.

Report must include average living wage breakdown by county, adjusted for employer-provided housing, health insurance, transportation, and meals.

Report must include current median wages for agricultural workers, average living expenses by county, and annual data on local food production and agricultural employment since 2000.

Report due to Legislature no later than 20 days prior to convening of 2020 Regular Session.
