Urges the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Forestry and Wildlife to document the history of exemplary contributions made by community members, kupuna, conservationists, and citizens to Hawaii's conservation efforts.

Requests that the Division honor selected individuals by highlighting their names, backgrounds, and contributions at associated sites without displacing any Hawaiian place names.

Directs the Division to begin documentation by selecting a site to honor Marjorie Yasue Fern Ziegler, whose conservation work had significant impact on Hawaii's conservation landscape.

Requires the Division to include on its website the story of each recognized individual, the location selected to honor them, and the Division's rationale for the location selection.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Governor, Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources, and Administrator of the Division of Forestry and Wildlife.
