• Address concerns that some wireless communications providers in rural Hawaii areas have not fully complied with FCC backup power requirements despite delayed effective dates for smaller providers.

• Transmit copies of the resolution to the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Public Utilities Commission Commissioners, and Hawaii State Energy Office Administrator.
