Requests the Department of Design and Construction of the City and County of Honolulu to extend Keaunui Drive to Renton Road in Ewa Beach by crossing over OR&L Company railroad tracks.

Cites improved access to Asing Park as the primary purpose, which serves instrumental needs of the Ewa Beach community.

Notes that Keaunui Drive currently terminates as a cul-de-sac in the Ewa by Gentry Community Association and that both roads are county highways under Honolulu's jurisdiction.

States that the Ewa Beach community has been awaiting this road extension for at least ten years.

Directs certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Mayor of the City and County of Honolulu, the Director of Design and Construction, and the Chair of the Honolulu City Council.
