Forms a task force on North Road management in Ewa Beach with representatives from the Department of Transportation, City and County of Honolulu, Ewa Beach Golf Course, Carmel Partners, Iroquois Point, and Ewa Beach Neighborhood Board.

Addresses safety concerns, illegal dumping, and maintenance issues on North Road, which is complicated by ownership by three entities (one private and two public).

Department of Transportation is requested to organize four task force meetings.

Task force must submit recommendations on safety improvements and unified management of North Road to the Legislature within eight months of passage.

Certified copies to be transmitted to the Director of Transportation, Mayor, City Clerk, and managers of the relevant entities and neighborhood board.
