Urges the University of Hawaii at Manoa to add a Kapahulu-Waikiki extension of its Rainbow Shuttle service to provide greater access to the school by students and visitors.

Current Rainbow Shuttle operates six routes (H1, H2, F1, M1, P1, W1) during fall and spring semesters, Monday through Friday, serving students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

Notes that many university students rent homes in Kapahulu and Waikiki areas and frequent these neighborhoods for dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Argues that shuttle extension would increase awareness of the university among international and mainland visitors while generating additional revenue through on-campus purchases.

Directs distribution of this concurrent resolution to the University of Hawaii System President, Board of Regents Chair, and three student organization leaders.
