Endorses and adopts the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons to support UN Sustainable Development Goal 16 for peace, justice, and strong institutions.

Urges federal leaders and the nation to make nuclear disarmament the centerpiece of U.S. national security policy and endorse the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons.

Calls on federal leaders to renounce first-use nuclear options, end presidential sole authority to launch nuclear attacks, remove nuclear weapons from hair-trigger alert status, and cancel plans to replace the entire arsenal with enhanced weapons.

Urges pursuit of a verifiable agreement among nuclear-armed states to eliminate their nuclear arsenals.

Requires transmission of certified copies to the President, Congress leadership, UN Secretary-General, Hawaii's congressional delegation, state Governor, and county mayors.
