Encourages all four Hawaii counties to incorporate the seventeen United Nations Sustainable Development Goals into their respective county codes

Identifies the seventeen goals as: No Poverty, Zero Hunger, Good Health and Well-being, Quality Education, Gender Equality, Clean Water and Sanitation, Affordable and Clean Energy, Decent Work and Economic Growth, Industry Innovation and Infrastructure, Reduced Inequalities, Sustainable Cities and Communities, Responsible Consumption and Production, Climate Action, Life Below Water, Life on Land, Peace Justice and Strong Institutions, and Partnerships for the Goals

References Hawaii's existing sustainability commitments including the 2014 Aloha+ Challenge and 2016 Sustainable Hawaii Initiative, and the state's historical leadership in conservation and environmental policies

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the mayors and county council chairs of Honolulu, Maui, Hawaii County, and Kauai
