Request that the probate court increase transparency in the Kamehameha Schools trustee selection process, particularly regarding the composition and selection method of the Trustee Screening Committee.

Direct the probate court to fully observe the terms of the January 6, 2000 court order, especially regarding Trustee Screening Committee composition and requirements that members be familiar with the Trust Estate's history and Pauahi's educational legacy.

Request that future Trustee Screening Committees be comprised of Kamehameha Schools stakeholders, including native Hawaiian community members, beneficiaries, alumni, faculty, staff, and parents.

Recognize that Kamehameha Schools stakeholders should have a greater role in decisions affecting the Trust Estate.

Direct transmission of certified copies to the Chief Justice of the Hawaii Supreme Court, Chief Administrator of the Courts, and Chairman of the Kamehameha Schools Board of Trustees.
