Urges Hawaii's congressional delegation and the Governor to collaborate with the legislature to ensure expedited burials for veterans, deceased active duty members of the U.S. Armed Forces, and their spouses at state veterans cemeteries.

Directs the Governor to instruct the Hawaii Office of Veterans' Services to implement all practicable measures necessary to expedite burials at veterans cemeteries throughout the state.

Acknowledges the importance of timely burials in Native Hawaiian culture and references the case of Mrs. Viola Lewis, whose burial was delayed over five weeks due to administrative delays at the Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery in Kāneʻohe, Oʻahu (death occurred February 19, 2018).

Requires transmission of certified copies of the resolution to Hawaii's congressional delegation, Secretary of Veterans Affairs, the Governor, Office of Veterans' Services, and county mayors.
