Designates the entire month of June of each year as Post-Traumatic Stress Injury Awareness Month in Hawaii

Urges the Department of Health and United States Department of Veterans Affairs to educate the public about the causes, symptoms, and treatment of post-traumatic stress injury

Recognizes post-traumatic stress as an injury rather than a disorder to reduce stigma and encourage affected individuals to seek treatment

Directs certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the U.S. Secretary of Veterans Affairs, Hawaii Governor, Director of Health, Director of State Office of Veterans Services, and Honor For All organization
