Governor must issue an executive order for the State to obtain Old Stadium Park on Oahu (TMK 1–2–7-008-002-0000) from the City and County of Honolulu.

The property shall be placed under the authority and control of the Stadium Authority for purposes of developing a new stadium on Oahu.

Governor must submit a report to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the regular sessions of 2020 and 2021 detailing progress on issuing the executive order.

The Act takes effect upon approval.
