Department of Land and Natural Resources shall enter into negotiations with the Weinberg Foundation to purchase the property formerly occupied by The Willows Restaurant on Hausten Street in Moiliili, Honolulu, Oahu.

Negotiations may include the potential purchase of additional properties owned by the Weinberg Foundation.

Department of Land and Natural Resources must submit a report to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the regular session of 2020, including the status of negotiations, any proposed legislation, and requested funds.

Act takes effect upon approval.
