Requires unclaimed property valued under $100 to automatically escheat to the State and be transferred to the general fund.

Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes section 523A-10(c) to eliminate the requirement that the administrator advertise owners of property with a total value less than $100.

Applies to unclaimed property including traveler's checks, money orders, and similar instruments valued under $100.

Takes effect upon approval.
