• Transfers funding source for Forester V position (#12464) in the Division of Forestry from federal funds to general funds and appropriates $118,176 for fiscal years 2019-2020 and 2020-2021.

• Transfers funding source for Nursery Worker I position (#121614) in the Division of Forestry from trust funds to general funds under the same appropriation of $118,176 for each fiscal year.

• Appropriates $17,454 for fiscal years 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 to fund the remaining portion of the Wildlife Technician IV position (#91901C).

• Appropriates $453,000 for fiscal year 2019-2020 and $450,000 for fiscal year 2020-2021 for four capital improvement projects including hazardous tree mitigation statewide, bathroom septic tank improvements at Pua Loke Baseyard on Kauai, repairs at Puu Waawaa Forest Reserve on Hawaii, and maintenance repairs at Puu Oo Saddle House.
