Repeals the requirement that draught beer faucets, spigots, or outlets must have a directly attached tap handle, label, notice, placard, or marker displaying the beer name or brand.

Allows alternative methods of identifying draught beer, such as display boards, screens, or blackboards near tap handles or menus, to inform consumers of available products.

Requires county liquor commissions' rules on beer stacking to define limits based on total volume of standard servings rather than number of drinks, allowing sample flights and tastings.

Establishes a standard serving size of beer not exceeding 32 ounces total volume before a customer at any one time.

Takes effect on July 1, 2050.
