Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 708-814 to streamline the criteria for proving criminal trespass in the second degree on commercial premises.

Allows evidence of a prior written warning or request to leave to be demonstrated using any copy of the previously issued written warning, whether or not the copy is posted at the premises or retained by the county police department.

Maintains existing requirements that the warning must be communicated in writing within one year of the incident and may include the person's legal name, aliases, photograph or physical description, name of person giving warning, date and time, and signatures of the warning giver and witness.

Does not apply to conduct or activity subject to regulation by the National Labor Relations Act.

Effective January 28, 2081.
