• Increases the percentage of land conservation fund revenues that may be used for operation, maintenance, and management of acquired lands from 5% to 25% annually.

• Raises the maximum annual dollar amount of conveyance tax distributed to the land conservation fund from $6,800,000 to $8,800,000.

• Fund revenues may be used for acquiring land interests, paying debt service on land acquisitions, administration costs (up to 5% of annual revenues), and land management costs necessary to protect resources or provide public access.

• Takes effect upon approval.
