Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources to work collaboratively with the Game Management Advisory Commission to develop and implement sustainable game management practices in watershed protection areas.

Mandates that watershed management plans included in new water rights leases must be provided to the Game Management Advisory Commission prior to board approval.

Mandates that watershed management plans included in renewed water rights leases must be provided to the Game Management Advisory Commission prior to board renewal.

Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources to provide prior notice to the Game Management Advisory Commission when determining watershed areas through public hearing.

Takes effect on July 1, 2050.
