Appropriates $2,600,000 from the works of art special fund for fiscal year 2020-2021 for a capital improvement project by the Department of Accounting and General Services.

Funds design ($300,000) and construction ($2,300,000) for the No. 1 Capitol District Building on Oahu to renovate building walkway and entrance, relocate property entrance, and expand vehicular drop-off and pick-up areas.

Project includes accessibility improvements to accommodate increased requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Appropriated funds shall not lapse at the end of the fiscal biennium, but any unencumbered moneys shall lapse as of June 30, 2022.

Effective date is July 1, 2099.
