Adjusts the operating budget for the Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR) for the fiscal biennium July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2021, based on the Supplemental Appropriations Act of 2018.

Appropriates funds to seven DLNR programs including Public Lands Management ($80,000 special funds), Ecosystem Protection and Restoration ($41,589-$71,397 general funds, minus $60,927 federal funds), Water Resources ($3,000,000 general funds), Ocean-Based Recreation (minus $168,269 special funds), Forest and Outdoor Recreation ($800,000-$400,000 general funds plus $896,251 federal funds), Parks Administration and Operation (minus $36,468 general funds, plus $3,120,160 special funds, minus $218,456-$1,218,456 other federal funds), and LNR Natural and Physical Environment ($22,000 general funds, $447,890 special funds, $156,044 federal funds, minus $78,000 trust funds).

Permits the Governor to correct manifest clerical, typographical, or mechanical errors found in the Act.

Effective date July 1, 2050.
