Authorizes the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs to terminate a sustainable business corporation's status for noncompliance with chapter 420D, with a mandatory 60-day notice period for remediation before termination proceedings.

Requires the Business Registration Division to make sustainable business corporation status searchable on its online platform and maintain a publicly accessible list of registered sustainable business corporations.

Mandates the division to post a separate webpage containing the list of sustainable business corporations, explanations of their governance structure, and requirements for registration and compliance maintenance.

Effective date April 25, 2112.
