• Appropriates funding for the Department of Accounting and General Services (AGS) operations for the fiscal biennium July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2021.

• Authorizes funding across seven AGS programs including Expenditure Examination, Archives-Records Management, Enterprise Technology Services, Public Works, Custodial Services, Grounds Maintenance, and Building Repairs and Alterations.

• Establishes funding sources from general funds (A), special funds (B), and interdepartmental transfers (U) as specified for each program.

• Allows the Governor to correct clerical, typographical, or mechanical errors found in the Act.

• Takes effect July 1, 2022.
