Allows persons convicted of prostitution (HRS 712-1200), loitering for prostitution (HRS 712-1206), street solicitation of prostitution (HRS 712-1207), or lesser offenses when originally charged with these violations to file a motion to vacate their conviction.

Conviction may be vacated if the defendant is not subsequently convicted of any offense under the penal code within twelve months after the date of the original conviction.

Requires motions to vacate be in writing and signed and sworn to by the petitioner.

Removes provisions allowing vacation of conviction based on the defendant being a victim of sex trafficking or human trafficking.

Removes procedural requirements including the six-year filing deadline, detailed description of grounds and evidence, and prosecutor approval of the motion.
