Requires the Hawaii judiciary to conduct a comprehensive study of jury service exemptions in other states, with special focus on exemptions for medical professionals with active patients, including psychologists

Directs the judiciary to make recommendations regarding which jury service exemptions under Hawaii law should be repealed or amended

Requires the judiciary to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2021 regular legislative session convenes

Takes effect on July 1, 2050
