Establishes the Hawaii Truth in Music Advertising Act to prohibit false, deceptive, or misleading claims about affiliation with recording groups in live musical performances and advertising.

Creates exceptions allowing performing groups to use a recording group's name if they are the federal service mark owner, include an original member with legal rights to the name, clearly identify performances as "salute" or "tribute" shows, or have express authorization from the recording group.

Treats violations as unfair or deceptive acts under Hawaii law, allowing the Attorney General to seek temporary or permanent injunctions and court-ordered restitution.

Grants private right of action to injured parties, including recording groups and authorized agents, to recover treble damages, attorney's fees, filing fees, and costs.

Takes effect upon approval.
