Requires employers to include the total annual premium cost of health care paid on behalf of each employee and their dependents on the employee's final pay stub for the calendar year.

Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 387-6(c) to add this requirement to existing employer pay stub disclosure obligations.

Applies to the final paystub issued in each calendar year, showing the cumulative employer-paid health care premiums for that year's period of employment.

Takes effect on July 1, 2020.
