Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 11-333(b) to modify reporting requirements for candidate committee contributions and expenditures.

Requires itemized disclosure of "committee reimbursements to the candidate or other individuals" instead of the previous term "candidate reimbursements" to clarify that reimbursements can go to individuals beyond the candidate.

Maintains existing requirements for reporting contribution amounts, dates, contributor names and addresses for contributions over $100, and occupation and employer information for contributions of $1,000 or more.

Requires detailed itemization of expenditures for consultants, advertising agencies, credit card payments, salaries, and committee reimbursements to allow reasonable determination of ultimate recipients and purposes.

Becomes effective upon approval.
