Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 712-1202 to add "coercion" as an explicit means of committing the offense of sex trafficking.

Expands the definition of sex trafficking in subsection (1)(a) to include compelling or inducing a person by force, threat, fraud, coercion, or intimidation to engage in prostitution.

Does not affect rights, duties, or proceedings that matured or began before the effective date.

Takes effect upon approval.
