Requires the Department of the Attorney General to convene a working group to examine Hawaii laws relating to corporal punishment as a form of discipline.

Working group shall examine the use of reasonable corporal punishment and justification of use of force by parents, guardians, teachers, principals, and other persons responsible for care or supervision of minors.

Working group composition includes the attorney general or designee, a criminal law expert from the Hawaii State Bar Association, and a family law expert from the Hawaii State Bar Association.

Department of the Attorney General must submit a report with the working group's findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2021 regular session convenes.

Takes effect on December 31, 2059.
