Adds requirement that mandatory seller disclosures in residential real property transactions identify properties within the sea level rise exposure area as officially designated by the Hawaii climate change mitigation and adaptation commission or its successor

Amends Section 508D-15, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to include sea level rise exposure area as a fifth designated area requiring mandatory disclosure (alongside flood hazard areas, noise exposure areas, military airport zones, and tsunami inundation areas)

Requires counties to provide maps identifying properties within the sea level rise exposure area by tax map key number (zone, section, parcel) and allows counties to charge reasonable copying fees for map copies

Conditions implementation on SLR-XA sea level rise maps being updated to reference current tax map key parcel boundaries and being supported by specific guidance on use for planning and regulatory purposes

Takes effect on January 1, 2021
