Requires the Hawaii Employer-Union Health Benefits Trust Fund (EUTF) board to send individual notice to members who may be eligible for reimbursement of income-related monthly adjustment amount (IRMAA) Medicare Part B premiums.

Notice must be sent by a board-approved method of delivery to the member's address of record and include instructions for requesting reimbursement when no reimbursement request is received.

Allows EUTF beneficiaries and their spouses to claim reimbursement for IRMAA Medicare Part B premiums owed on or after January 1, 2015, without any time limitation for submitting claims.

Applies to retired employees, their spouses, and surviving spouses of deceased retirees and employees killed in the performance of duty who are enrolled in Medicare Part B.

Takes effect on January 1, 2050.
