Establishes a two-year Adult Corrections Officer Professional Conduct Incentive Pilot Project within the Department of Public Safety running from January 1, 2021 to January 1, 2023.

Provides annual bonuses to adult corrections officers who meet specific goals for professional conduct and exemplary attendance and work at hard-to-staff correctional facilities as determined by the department.

Requires the department to establish requirements, goals, and bonus amounts subject to collective bargaining agreements.

Mandates the department evaluate the pilot project based on whether it improves officer attendance, reduces overtime costs, increases inmate visitation opportunities, improves officer morale, and enhances public safety.

Requires the department to submit annual evaluation reports with findings and recommendations to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2022 and 2023 regular legislative sessions.
