Authorizes courts to decree forfeiture of Employees' Retirement System (ERS) benefits for members, former members, or retirants convicted of felonies related to their employment.

Forfeitable benefits include interest, hypothetical account balance in excess of employee contributions, pensions, annuities, and retirement allowances, determined by preponderance of evidence at sentencing.

Defines employment-related felonies to include crimes using official position, state/county time or equipment, bribery, embezzlement or theft of government property, or felonies against persons in the employee's custody or supervision.

Requires the retirement system to comply with certified forfeiture orders by reducing, suspending, or denying payments; protects designated beneficiaries unless they were convicted under the same circumstances, and preserves non-forfeitable accrued benefits under existing law.

Takes effect January 1, 2050, and does not apply to felonies committed or benefits accrued prior to the effective date.
