Establishes a two-year mobile facilities pilot program within the Department of Education to provide services for homeless minors and their family members on DOE property.

Mobile facilities must provide laundry equipment and supplies, showering equipment and supplies, oral hygiene equipment and supplies, and food and drink.

Program implementation required no later than June 30, 2021, with a two-year duration.

Department of Education must submit a progress report with findings, recommendations, and proposed legislation to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2021 regular session.

Appropriates funds from general revenues for fiscal year 2020-2021 to purchase, staff, and operate the mobile facilities (specific amount not filled in); Act takes effect December 31, 2059, and repeals June 30, 2022.
