• Establishes a task force within the Department of Health's Behavioral Health Services Administration to review best care practices for persons with fetal alcohol spectrum disorders (FASD), including therapies and treatments for adults.

• Task force membership includes representatives from multiple state departments (Health, Human Services), legislative committees, health plans, developmental disability advocacy groups, and parent-advocates.

• Task force must submit findings and recommendations to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2021 regular session, addressing populations affected, beneficial therapies and services, strategies to reduce FASD incidence and impact, and legislative recommendations.

• Identifies specific services for consideration including assistive technology, vocational assessment and job placement, community transition services, day habilitation, family support, respite care, supported employment, and therapeutic care.

• Effective date is July 1, 2050; task force members serve without compensation but receive reimbursement for expenses.
