Appropriates funds for eight bullying intervention training sessions during fiscal year 2020-2021 to be attended by at least one selected teacher from each public middle school in Hawaii.

Requires each trained teacher to provide bullying intervention training to at least five other public school employees in their respective school prior to the end of the 2020-2021 fiscal year.

Mandates training must be evidence-informed, evidence-based, and culturally relevant, and subject to approval by the superintendent of education.

Requires the department of education to submit a report to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2022 regular session detailing the number of participants, observed outcomes including any reduction in bullying, and recommendations for future training.

Takes effect on July 1, 2050.
