Clarifies that courts have authority to issue temporary restraining orders, protective orders, and injunctions that extend beyond a minor's 18th birthday when restraining contact, threats, physical abuse, or harassment.

Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 586-5 to allow temporary restraining orders protecting minors to remain in effect for periods extending after the minor reaches eighteen years of age.

Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 586-5.5 to permit protective orders and extensions protecting minors to continue for fixed reasonable periods extending past the minor's 18th birthday.

Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 604-10.5 to allow temporary restraining orders and injunctions against harassment of minors to extend beyond the minor reaching eighteen years of age.

Effective date: December 31, 2059.
