Prohibits employers from requiring employees to sign nondisclosure agreements that prevent disclosure or discussion of sexual harassment or sexual assault in the workplace, at work-related events, or between employees and employers.

Prohibits employers from retaliating against employees for disclosing or discussing sexual harassment or sexual assault.

Exempts human resources employees who maintain confidentiality as part of their official duties and employees requested to maintain confidentiality of ongoing HR investigations from the nondisclosure restrictions.

Does not apply to proceedings under section 624-25.5.

Takes effect upon approval.
